Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
- Express Orders: Processed and shipped the same business day when ordered before 12:00 PM (noon). Express orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Same-day processing for Express Shipping requires the order to be placed before 12:00 PM (noon).
Shipping Options Breakdown
- Standard Shipping: Our standard service costs a flat rate of $10 and typically takes 5–10 business days in transit. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $80 or more.
- Express Shipping: Our express service costs $20 and typically takes 2–7 business days in transit. For orders of $80 or more, Express Shipping is reduced to $10.

- Business Days: Transit times are estimates and are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, and customs processing.
- Cross-Border Shipments: Orders shipped across the Canada–U.S. border may occasionally experience additional delays due to customs processing.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.
